How to join
You sign up through BongaModels.com, the model site for BongaCams. It's free, and you need to be 18 or older with a valid government ID.
- Choose an account type (individual, pair/group or studio) on BongaModels and create your account. Standard registration has seven steps; 'Fast Track' verifies you automatically.
- Upload three photos: your ID, your face, and you holding your ID next to your face. Add a profile photo and fill in your profile. It's visible to members, so keep personal details out.
- Choose a payout method, accept the BongaCams agreement, confirm your email and click 'Broadcast yourself'.
How earning works on BongaCams
BongaCams is a token site. You earn in your free public chat through tips, and in paid chats that viewers start from your room. BongaModels’ own FAQ says top models earn most of their income from tips, so don’t underestimate the free chat.
The default prices, which you can change within limits, are:

You can also sell recordings of your streams and answer paid questions through a profile “sex questionnaire”, with your own price per question. You don’t have to accept any private invitation, and you can switch each chat type off.

Traffic for new performers
Your position on the site comes from a ranking score driven mainly by your token earnings and time online, and a stable, fast connection is required to rank high. That’s fair to hard-working models and tough on part-timers. Use notifications and a posted schedule so followers know when you’re live. BongaModels itself warns that income is often low in the first weeks while you build regulars.
Payouts
- Schedule: weekly, on Fridays, for the previous Monday–Sunday.
- Minimum: $50 for models ($100 for studios). Below that, earnings roll over.
- Early payout: on Tuesday if you were online at least 3 hours on each of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- On request: once you’ve received one regular payout, withdraw at any time to Paxum ($1 fee), WebMoney (3%, min. $1) or crypto. The minimum is $20 ($50 for crypto), the maximum $500 a day.
- Methods: Paxum (no fee), WebMoney (3%), wire transfer/Revolut ($6 for individuals; EU, UK and several other countries), crypto; cheque and direct deposit for US models.

Privacy and safety
- Geo-restrictions: hide your profile from members in specific countries and cities.
- DMCA protection: a DMCA badge on your stream deters recording and reposting.
- 2-step verification for your account (required to change payout details).
- Ban, mute, ignore and kick tools, plus room moderators.
- Face-free camming is allowed; your contact and payment details are visible only to admins.
Tools and support
Chatbots handle greetings, tip thank-yous and countdowns. A mobile streaming app, OBS support, a built-in translator and per-member notes round it out. Anyone else who appears on camera must be verified in your account too.
Referral programme
BongaModels pays a bonus when a model you refer reaches a minimum amount of earnings. The amount depends on their country: $100 (US, UK, Canada, Australia and others, after $200 earned), $75 (e.g. Netherlands, Germany, France, after $150), $50 (e.g. Spain, Poland, after $100) or $25 elsewhere (after $50). When does BongaCams pay models?
Weekly, on Fridays, for the previous Monday–Sunday, once you have earned at least $50. Models who were online at least three hours on each of Friday, Saturday and Sunday can be paid early, on Tuesday.
Can I block my city on BongaCams?
Yes. BongaCams lets you hide your profile from members in specific countries and cities, which is more precise than most cam sites.
What does a private chat cost on BongaCams?
The default is 60 tokens per minute, and you can set anything from 30 to 250. Full-private chats, which nobody can spy on, default to 90 tokens per minute.
